WHAT IS THE EMPLOYEE LIFE CYCLE

The 'HR life cycle,' or 'HR cycle,' is another name for the employee life cycle. This procedure is based on the assumption that staff satisfaction is just as important as customer satisfaction. Companies that fail to recognize this risk having high employee turnover and low employee engagement. For each point of the cycle, a different engagement strategy must be used. Maintaining an incentive for employee satisfaction as a company grows can be challenging. (Cattermole G, 2019)

Retaining top staff cuts down on employee turnover, which may be costly and time-consuming. Additionally, current and former employees serve as key company ambassadors. This may aid in the recruitment of higher personnel in the future.(Nagendra  A., 2014)
